Dr. Eboni Dotson has nearly two decades of experience in the healthcare sector. She has learned the ins and outs of the industry by working in various roles from entry level administrative support to consultative leadership. Her experience and expertise lies in quality, patient safety, process and systems improvement, healthcare team synergy and communication, and professional development across multiple settings to include: hospitals, physician practices, skilled nursing facilities, military treatment facilities, and behavioral health centers. Dr. Dotson earned her doctorate in Health administration and also holds a dual masters degree in business administration and public administration with specializations in health services administration and public health respectively.
